I am so proud of my Doctorate of Science which is similar to a D.B.A.. It uses all of my Engineering, Computer Science, Library Science, and Business Administration courses (120 hrs of 7000+). Still fighting for the PhD at LSU in Computer Science.

OBJECTIVES:

RESEARCH!   High Performance Computing, Network Analysis, Going to Film School and Making Great Films (Live Action & Computer Animated), Teaching: (Opsys,Numerical Methods, Programming, Software Engineering or a combo course medley), Administration with a teaching load, and possibly developing a course for advanced problem solving.  Fixing the great state of Louisiana as Governor!

Doctorate of Science, Information Technology & Systems Engineering (8/98 - 2/08)

Louisiana State University

       Coursework: Completed over 100 hours of graduate coursework (4000 - 7000) at LSU in Computer/Systems
                             Science, Library Science, Business Administration, and Petroleum Engineering.

Belford University

Completed the dissertation, and earned the very special hybrid degree.

        Major - Information Technology & Systems Engineering.

        Minor - Petroleum Engineering with emphasis on systems engineering and simulation.

DISSERTATION :

“A theoretical abstract statistical computing machine design which is applied to solve the real world problem of unifying weak & strong electromagnetic forces with gravitational and other forces.”


Master of Business Administration (9/90 - 5/92)

Coursework: Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Management, IS, and Economics. Also took 18 hours for Ph.D. in CS

Coursework: Vast array of undergraduate and graduate courses in Computer Science. Areas included Operating Systems, Programming Languages, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Advanced drilling, Thermal recovery, Measurement while drilling, and Advanced Production..

Minor - Petroleum Engineering.
THESIS: Thesis program involved a Gas Kick Simulation using Fortran on the IBM RISC 6000 and mainframe.

Instructing an introductory computer course for the Registered Nurse program at William Carey Nursing College. Instructing an introductory computer software course for the city of New Orleans.


Engineer/ Programmer: Mobil Oil Corporation (5/88 - 5/90)Lafayette, Louisiana

Management of 5 producing fields Onshore, Offshore and Inland Waters. Defined the information system requirements to support the engineer from project conception, cost verification and completion. 31 projects involved virtually every phase of oil exploration and production including new wells, tank batteries, compression, pipelines, P&A, etc. 

 

SKILLS:


Programming languages, several platforms, many types of machines, any program. Systems Integration. Engineering design and project monitoring, and all office/production-oriented packages. Technical/Non-technical writing, presentation. Scientific Computing and simulation. ICND, CCNA, and IOS training. Network design, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Completed Sniffer 101 and 202.   Screenwriting, Line Producing, Set Design, Directing, and Editing.


Filmmaking is a hobby, that is just great fun. I hope to attend a night film school or a fulltime school one day. In the meantime, I am developing my own style of cinematography and editing. I have several stories instead of just the Universes One feature, but for the most part in the near future I hope to create short films segments and go to festivals.
